Do you ever have those moments in life where you think that their has to be more? I do that a lot, I know that I am made for more. One of those things is being an online health and fitness coach. The other thing is something I get pulled to strongly all the time... and that’s this blog. I feel like I should be a blogger. I have fun with it when I am doing it. I love being creative and creating content and connecting with others.
So with all of that word vomit being said, it’s time that i kick start this blog up again! This time *fingers crossed* for good. I’m not sure what my niche will be because I have so many things I want to be able to write about. So the blog will be focused on fitness, affordable fashion, mom life, and some recipes sprinkled in here and there.
I am excited to start this up again and to have a place to express myself. Sometimes writing can be the best kind of therapy when you are having a rough day or even rough week. So here we go! I will be figuring out a content calendar and days of the week I will be posting so stay tuned for that. Thanks for reading and I look forward to sharing more with you all!

since I can remember I’ve been a fan of banana cream recipes. From
pies, to shakes, to dessert bars. My mom used to make banana cream pie’s
a lot and they were one of my favorite desserts.
I
love how light the pies are. The flavor of banana is never
overwhelming. I don’t know about you but I love banana’s but hate when
something has such an overpowering banana flavor.
This
recipe I used for my banana cream pie is very easy and very tasty. My
kids and my husband loved it. And my husband is not a big dessert fan
and he requested me to make it several times this summer.
