Tasty Tuesdays: Chicken and Rice

Good Morning Loves! Today is another tasty Tuesday post! This recipe was given to me by a friend and it is one of my favorites. It is another quick and easy recipe that I like to do on days when I'm just not feeling cooking or when we are in a hurry.

We usually eat our chicken and rice with croissants. Another good side would be some vegetables, steamed broccoli would be Delicious as a side with this meal! One of the best things about this meal is that the leftovers are just as good if not better than eating it straight from your stove top. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 Pound chicken breast
2 Cans cream of chicken soup
2 Cans water
2 Cans instant white rice

Boil your Chicken Breast until they are no longer pink inside. Takes about 30-40 minutes.

Once the chicken is done boiling, shred or cut into small pieces.

In a large deep skillet, dump in your 2 cans of cream of chicken soup.

Fill Both cans of empty soup with 2 cans of water.

Dump water into the skillet

Fill both cans with instant white rice

Dump rice into the skillet mixture.

Mix it all together and then add the chicken to the mix.

Stir in the chicken, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover skillet and let simmer for 20 minutes until rice is tender and the water has been soaked up by the rice.

There you have it! A creamy chicken and rice recipe.

Enjoy!
