Beachbody On Demand: Shaun T Week is Coming!

Hey guys! It's Wednesday which means we are halfway to the weekend! I have something exciting to share today and you can do it for free! I'll explain!

Most of you have probably heard of Shaun T... he is the creator of Insanity, T-25, Cize and other amazing workout programs that have amazing results! Next week he is launching Shaun T Week on Beachbody on Demand, starting June 12th. Shaun T week is 1 week of fitness, but it is also about changing your life and transforming your mind and body. He helps you get motivated to get your connected to your fitness, mental journey and help you continue with your health and fitness goals.

This programs launches on Monday , June 12th an goes day by day. You wont be able to look ahead at the next days workout. Each workout will be posted live that morning. Don't think you can keep up with Shaun? There is a modifier for each day to help you with some of those tough moves. This week of workouts will be the best of Shaun T Workouts, his best moves for great results! No Dvd's requires, it is all done on Beachbody on Demand!

 I am running a free 7 day group for these workouts (yes free and I'll explain in just a second!) and I will also be including a weekly meal plan and tons of motivation.

Beachbody performance : Energize Review

Happy Monday! I love Mondays, you know why? Because it is the start to a new week . A fresh start. I am currently doing the Core De Force workout and I had a couple slip ups this weekend with my eating so it'll be nice to get back on track today.

I can't wait till my oldest is on his summer break starting the end of this week. lots of in things in store for this summer !

I wanted to review one of my favorite workout necessities today. Yes, this product is necessary . I started using beachbody performance product energize only 2 months ago and it's a game changer.

Shakeology Mug Cake

Happy Wednesday! And Happy March 1st! Can you believe it's already March?!? I don't understand where time is going but if it could slow down just a bit that would be great!

 I wanted to share with you a new recipe I tried last night. I have a horrible sweet tooth, and it usually causes me to fail at eating healthy. Once I have one sweet, it turns into 2, then 3, 4,5 ... OK you get the picture. But seriously, I have such a hard time when I am around sweets. Being a mommy of 3 little boys we always have some sort of sweet or snack in the house and sometimes I have no self control and indulge a little too much.

Starting The 21 Day Fix

So here I am, it's supposed to be week 2 of the 21 day fix. I should be starting to get into a routine with the workouts and eating healthier should be getting easier. What's happening instead? I am starting all over with week 1 this week.

I hate to admit defeat, but I messed up my 1st week. I had a rough week personally with sick babies and some personal things and I used it as an excuse to eat horrible. I had fast food, sweets and just didn't eat good at all. I just kept feeling bad for myself and didn't give a crap what I ate. Horrible attitude to have!
