Review: NYX Baked Blush and NYX Illuminator

 Happy Friday Lovelies! I'm here this Friday with another review/ first impressions of some more NYX products. I love NYX products. They are affordable and most of their products are very good quality. I recently purchased these items at Ulta. The great thing about buying drugstore products at Ulta is that they always have sales on them. This was buy one get one 50% off.

These NYX baked blushes are beautiful! They have a wide range of colors to offer. I purchased two of them, Journey and Foreplay.

Journey is a deeper pink, almost rose color. This swatch doesn't do it justice. I have fair skin and I was scared that this color might be too dark for my skin but it ended up looking pretty good on!

 Foreplay is a light pink color and its gorgeous! I love this one the best out of both of them. It's the prettiest sparkly pink color. Very flattering on the skin.

 Both colors are baked blushes so they have a nice highlight to them as well. If you didn't want to put on a blush and a highlighter for the day but still wanted a nice glow, these would be perfect for that!

The other product I bought that day were these NYX Illuminators. I bought a white one and a pink shaded one. These illuminators are highlighters for above your cheekbones, down the bridge of your nose, or even on your brow bone instead of using an eyeshadow to highlight.

I really like the packaging of these. They are very sleek and there is quite a bit of product in there too! 

This first illuminator is the pink one, it is called Enigmatic. This one is a gorgeous light pink highlighter. Pink highlighters aren't as bright as the white highlighters but still give your skin a very nice and pretty glow.

This next color is called Ritualistic. This highlighter is amazing! It stands out so well on your skin. I have been using mine above my cheekbones and also on my brow bone for a great eye highlighter.

I would recommend both of these products. I like the Illuminators better than the baked blushes but both are great products.
